Working Student Production Assistant (m/f/d) – Coffee Packaging & Fulfillment

Join our roastery team and help get freshly roasted coffee ready for our customers. You’ll work with your hands, take part in daily operations, and make sure every bag of coffee is prepared with care and attention to detail.

Your responsibilities:

• Manually fill freshly roasted coffee into packaging bags.

• Label each bag with roast type, date, and best-before information.

• Check all bags for cleanliness and completeness.

• Prepare orders for shipping or in-store sales.

• Support daily operations in the roastery (e.g. organizing the storage area, basic cleaning tasks).

This position is offered as a fixed-term contract for 1 year.

• Confidently and independently package and label all standard coffee formats.

• Understand and consistently follow our hygiene and quality standards.

• Stay flexible and solution-oriented when plans change spontaneously.

• Communicate clearly with the roasting and operations team about inventory or process topics.

• Be a reliable and integral part of our daily production routine.

• A reliable and detail-oriented way of working.

• Requirement to be able to work from our location in Konstanz.

• Flexibility in availability (e.g. 2–3 days per week, scheduled in advance).

• You speak either German or English.

• Comfortable with standing work and manual tasks.
